We can’t keep it a secret any longer – Event Safety Plan is finally here. For the last few months we’ve been working away to bring you a brand new tool for managing, collating and sharing your event safety documentation, risk assessments, pre-construction information and construction phase plans. From conferences and exhibitions to concerts and festivals our suite of easy-to-use tools are designed so that anyone and everyone who works in events can create documents and help to create a safer working environment.
This isn’t the end of our journey, but rather the beginning. Now that the first version of Event Safety Plan is here, we’re ready to take the ideas, suggestions (and criticisms!) of our users to help build something that is useful, usable and most important, will help to make the management of safety at events accessible to everyone.
Our event risk assessment, event management plan and Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 (CDM) compliant system will guide you and your team through the process, allow you to instantly create and export PDF documents and share information between your own team, your client, contractors and venues – never has it been easier to manage the event safety process.
